E-COATING AS A NEW SERVICE

 

It is with great excitement that we announce the addition of E-Coating to SIC’s line of coating solutions. Cathodic Black Epoxy E-Coating will not only allow us to offer our customers a quality protective coating solution, it will allow us to better meet the budgetary needs of our customers at a time when the bottom line matters more than ever.  The E-Coating system was designed with maximum efficiency that enables the SIC team to produce a quality part and at the same time is very cost efficient.

 

As you may already know, E-coating is an electrically-applied paint coating.   It can be referred to as an electro-deposition coating or electro-coating.   E-coating was developed originally for the automotive industry because it is economical and provides superior coverage, adhesion and corrosion resistance. It coats aluminum, zinc, brass, and steel - any material that conducts electricity.   Some of the industries that use E-coating are the Automotive, Agriculture, Electronics and many others.
