Mr. Vincent Ruffolo acquired the company in 1989, under his leadership the company has grown from 12 employees to approximately 50 employees with 3 major production lines with services provided for; Painting, both powder and wet, de-burring, polishing, grinding, assembly, packaging, shipping.
We serve North America and Europe, primarily the midwest region of the U.S. We also ship direct to anywhere in the world our customers require.

S.I.C. Inc. has expanded the facility by adding 30.000 sq. ft. to the existing building. This gives S.I.C., Inc. a total of 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and allows S.I.C. additional space for both assembly and storage
S.I.C. offers point of purchase of all necessary materials and processes. The end result is that S.I.C., Inc. will take full responsibility to supply a complete project in accordance to the customer specifications.

A laboratory department was built with the capabilities of salt spraying, chemical testing, and more. It was designed to serve the automotive industry. This enables SIC to test our customer' products beyond the standards that have been set forth. At the same time, we are able to assist customers to establish coating standards.
A computerized, multi-stage cleaning and testing system specifically for steel, aluminum, and magnesium alloys.
An R & D Department that is fully computerized. This allows S.I.C. to experiment and test prototype future projects.
An Assembly Department where S.I.C. offers not only parts to be coated but it also offers parts to be assembled and packaged to the customer's final destination.
S.I.C. recently purchased a state of the art powder coating system specifically designed to the needs of quick change over and it can also be fully automated. This system gives us the advantage to produce a high quality product without any human interference.
We have in place both plastic bead and aluminum oxide blasters to remove foreign materials on the product. While at the same time it does not damage any alloy pretreatment, such as NH35, chromating, phosphating, etc.
A Full time quality control team is in place to ensure quality plant wide. We offer a total Metal Finish. We have now put in place a polishing department that will enable us to furnish our customers with a total finished product.
SIC has an Employee Continuous Training Program. This program helps the employee understand customer expectations. Formal meetings and training are held once per week.
